ā¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews ā¢ Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules ā¢ Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation ā¢ Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information ā¢ Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
šÆ Requirements
ā¢ 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company ā¢ Experience working for a US-based company ā¢ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment ā¢ Experience using ATS Greenhouse ā¢ Strong organizational and multitasking skills ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities ā¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting ā¢ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines ā¢ Candidates may live anywhere in Canada
