📋 Description

• Execute and optimize Copper’s paid acquisition programs, including campaign structure, bidding, targeting, audiences, budgets, pacing and performance optimization • Own performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn and test additional acquisition channels • Evaluate performance using ICP fit, lead quality, demos, trials, pipeline, conversion, attribution and revenue contribution • Monitor and diagnose changes in volume, quality, conversion, spend and channel performance • Build an experimentation roadmap across channels, audiences, targeting, offers, creative, messaging and landing pages • Research and test new acquisition channels and tactics • Manage budget pacing and channel allocation • Develop channel forecasts and recommend investment shifts • Strengthen measurement and attribution using GA4/GTM, conversion tracking, offline conversions, UTMs, CRM feedback loops and attribution • Connect marketing activity to lead quality, ICP alignment, pipeline progression and conversion • Partner with Creative and Content on messaging, offers, formats and creative • Optimize landing pages, offers and conversion paths • Partner on pre-purchase funnel optimization, lead scoring, routing and nurture • Measure spend, CAC, conversion, pipeline contribution, revenue and ROI • Provide regular actionable performance updates • Coordinate agencies and specialized partners, including Webflow, Creative and SEO/AEO resources • Stay current on paid platforms, B2B acquisition, measurement and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, demand generation or paid acquisition • Demonstrated success generating meaningful lead and pipeline volume at scale • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn, including campaign structure, bidding, targeting, audience development, budget management and optimization • Experience across additional acquisition channels such as Meta, Reddit, Quora, programmatic, sponsorships, paid partnerships, listicles or other emerging channels • Strong experimentation mindset and ability to research unfamiliar channels, develop testing strategies, evaluate results and determine whether and how to scale • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS acquisition and conversion funnels, ICP fit, demos, trials, pipeline, revenue and customer acquisition economics • Strong analytical instincts and ability to identify performance changes, diagnose causes and recommend actions • Experience designing and evaluating experiments across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, channels and landing pages • Strong understanding of measurement and attribution, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, offline conversions, UTMs, CRM feedback loops and ROI analysis • Experience managing significant paid acquisition budgets, including pacing, forecasting and channel allocation • Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CVR, pipeline contribution, revenue attribution and ROI • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative/Content, RevOps, Data, Product and Operations teams • Ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and communicate investment priorities • Strong attention to detail and ability to see broader funnel and business impact • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt quickly • Self-starter mentality
