📋 Description

• Own pricing and packaging for operations orchestration, including unit of value, metering, tiers, subscriptions and third-party cost pass-through • Build and maintain the unit-economics model, including tokens, compute, environment sizing, partner pass-through and engineering effort • Set price floors and margin targets with the Kinaxis Finance team • Define metering and usage attribution requirements and work with engineering to build them • Support Finance, Legal and Sales in structuring commercial product terms • Track model-price and capability changes and adjust pricing, packaging and roadmap • Define the product go-to-market motion • Support product enablement materials for sales, pre-sales and forward-deployed engineers • Represent the product in executive customer, system integrator and connectivity partner conversations • Own commercial metrics including conversion rate, development-to-production time, revenue per customer and gross margin per solution • Own requirements for tenancy, environments, entitlements, usage metering, solution packaging and governance controls • Use the platform, inspect run traces and evaluation results, join customer co-build sessions and turn one-off requests into reusable platform capabilities • Communicate strategy, roadmap, progress and risks to executive audiences • Assess and mitigate security, privacy and compliance risks with Security and Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS or platform software, including accountability for a product's pricing, packaging or revenue number • Experience pricing a usage-based or consumption-based product, or a platform sold as capacity plus applications, and building the unit-economics model behind the price • Built with large language models yourself in the last 12 months • Ability to explain agent tool selection, evaluation gating, token cost, latency, retrieval, knowledge graphs and fine-tuning • Technical fluency in APIs, authentication, single sign-on, multi-tenancy, event-driven systems and data pipelines • Ability to use SQL or an equivalent to define metrics, build funnels or size markets • Experience taking a B2B product to market, including launch, sales enablement and direct work with sales teams on live deals • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Operations or a related field, or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel up to 20% • Domain experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operations, or with ERP, WMS or PLM data models • Experience with enterprise build or data platforms • Experience working as, or alongside, forward-deployed or solutions engineers on customer builds • Experience with metering, billing, entitlements or cloud marketplace channels • Experience with ontology or semantic modeling, knowledge graphs, or industry reference models such as SCOR • Experience selling into enterprises where security and compliance are critical
