📋 Description

• Support concurrent product launches from Strategic Planning to Development/Execution and through Early Innovation, Early Adoption and Growth • Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects and capture product feedback for Product Management and Engineering • Own solution design, refine process flows, create user stories and test scripts, and define overall program data flow • Lead consultants on programs to ensure the product meets customer business needs • Engage stakeholders to ensure Professional Services and partners are ready to deploy products through the lifecycle • Provide input and feedback to Training and Enablement for Sales and Deployment enablement • Own outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre-launch phase • Drive early innovator deliveries and proof-of-value deliveries through the growth phase • Deliver explainable, supportable and scalable product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree industry related • 7-10 years of related experience in supply chain management software industry • At least 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related field • Adept at influencing without direct authority • Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and best practices • In-depth experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, Oracle or Blue Yonder • Ability to lead and coach a team of seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects • Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration and system deployment for supply chain software implementations • Excellent facilitation skills and strong customer and stakeholder communication • Skilled in building new products and solutions • Experience supporting rapid innovation during delivery of new BBP products to early adopters during pre-launch and launch phases • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) • Product Program Management experience from concept to commercialization • Expertise in aligning key KPIs and reporting on progress against milestones
