📋 Description

• Find a customer-support chat or email thread you had • Copy and paste the complete conversation, including both sides • Answer one question about how the conversation ended • Submit 1 to 2 conversations per submission • Participate without an interview or minimum hours • Review the task brief and follow the on-screen steps in the Kled app • Submissions are reviewed and accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs for commercial training

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or an eligible worldwide task location; task runs in 100+ countries • Must be 18 or older • iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later • Ability to type your own writing in the app • Must provide complete customer-support conversations, including both sides, from opening to close • Must answer the question about how the conversation ended • Must follow submission rules; rejected submissions are unpaid
