📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day execution of complex, high-profile projects • Gather and validate client requirements • Manage project financial performance, monitoring revenue, costs, margins, utilization • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage language professionals • Monitor quality trends, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve workflows • Prepare and deliver regular project and management status reports • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (course of study in translation or interpretation a plus) • Minimum of 5 years of corporate project management experience in the language services industry • More than 3 years of demonstrated account/relationship management experience • Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Familiarity with CAT tools and Adobe Creative Suite • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
