📋 Description

• Define the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for Lattice • Establish what MCP, agents, and interoperable data should mean for Lattice customers and shape responsible AI use in HR • Ship MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors • Expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work • Drive product direction for authentication and permissions, agentic execution frameworks, data access, observability, reliability, and evaluations • Serve as a technical thought partner to Engineering on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure • Partner with Partnerships and Product Marketing to launch integrations • Own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, integrations, API, developer, or ecosystem products with broad customer and business impact • Deep experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems • Technical fluency across third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, APIs, webhooks, authentication and OAuth, permissions, and reliability • Track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering • Experience standing up partner or marketplace launches with go-to-market teams • Experience turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage and measurable business lever • Ability to influence senior leaders and align teams with different incentives around clear decisions, priorities, and outcomes • Clear, confident communication • Bias for action and ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving space • Role open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada; candidates must reside in these provinces • Bonus: Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling • Bonus: Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, HR/people-data, or other sensitive-data workflows • Bonus: Experience mentoring PMs or leading product practices across a team or product area
