📋 Description

• Design UI and UX flows in Figma using the tool’s latest features • Apply a methodical approach to design while considering engineering implications • Ensure products and features launch in alignment with designs • Provide detailed pre-launch feedback to engineering • Use data-driven insights, complex analyses, user testing, and A/B testing to shape designs • Collaborate with Developers, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success • Incorporate stakeholder and data feedback to refine and reimagine designs • Report to the Director of Design & Innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing previous design work • Proven ability to improve a design system and streamline design processes • Nimble, iterative approach to product design without sacrificing quality • Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality • Evidence of leveraging data to inform design decisions • Experience working in a user-experience-driven environment
