📋 Description

• Build trusted customer relationships and drive revenue growth through a consultative, solution-based approach • Partner with customers and internal teams to support onboarding, product adoption, retention, and long-term success • Provide tactical and strategic management to a subset of the Customer Success team responsible for onboarding new customers • Drive consistent performance and results by leading and sponsoring continuous improvement projects • Act as the product expert for customers and internal teams while adhering to best practices • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ objectives and become their trusted partner • Define and oversee customer lifecycle processes and touch points for product usage, onboarding, adoption, and NPS • Conduct regular account reviews, manage escalations, and create standard presentation materials for lifecycle plans • Define, drive, and demonstrate delivered value and return on investment • Gather internal and external feedback for alignment and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Solid communication, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment • Technical aptitude with advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications • Ability to execute sales strategies and communicate them to a wide range of audiences • Ability to work in a team-selling environment • Excellent strategic account management experience in sales and client retention using solution and consultative selling approaches • Successful track record of B2B sales experience in subscription, solution-based selling, or similar business models • Bilingual French/English capability implied by the role title
