📋 Description

• Lead two strategic analysis processes from framing through recommendation and earn executive support • Find and recommend one international and one adjacent acquisition candidate • Build AI agents to identify and track potential targets and run repeatable target analysis • Own key analytical workstreams on acquisitions and strategic investments, including market sizing, operating and valuation models, and diligence analysis • Partner with finance, legal, and product on live deals • Present an agent or AI workflow built and its results during the hiring process • Participate in a working session addressing an open-ended strategic question

🎯 Requirements

• AI-native experience; designed and deployed agents into real workflows using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, MCP connectors, or comparable frameworks • Ability to build financial models and valuations from first principles and defend assumptions • Ability to drive ambiguous problems through recommendation, defining outputs, timelines, stakeholders, and follow-through • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and build stakeholder credibility • Roughly 3 to 5 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture, corporate development, or strategy at a high-growth technology company • Nice to have: experience with B2C subscription or consumer technology businesses • Nice to have: hands-on M&A modeling, analysis and diligence • Nice to have: expertise with BI tools
