📋 Description

• Assist with upstream marketing and product management activities for Neuromodulation and VNS Therapy for Epilepsy • Become a subject matter expert on products and services for cross-functional teams • Ensure smooth product transitions through the development lifecycle, from concept through commercial launch • Identify and define customer pain points, prioritize solutions, and make recommendations • Contribute to product strategy and development through design, execution, and analysis of Voice of Customer research • Plan, manage, and execute qualitative and quantitative primary research • Collaborate with commercial, business, and technology stakeholders to ensure features meet customer and business requirements • Collect, curate, and promote relevant ideas into product features • Work with the core team to turn ideas into features that achieve product-line and business objectives • Contribute to release planning, roadmap development, and launch strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Degree in Life Sciences, Neuroscience, Biology, Engineering, Strategic Marketing, or related fields preferred • Some industry experience preferred; relevant medical-device internships will be considered • Voice of Customer experience, including quantitative and qualitative primary market research methods • Experience interviewing clinicians to collect clinical, market, and product feedback desired • Ability to conduct competitive research and apply findings to differentiation and positioning • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel 10–20%
