📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interviews, and candidate selection • Proactively identify and source radiology candidates nationwide to build an ongoing talent pipeline • Anticipate recruitment challenges and develop innovative strategies to improve hiring outcomes • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and provide reporting to practice leadership and key stakeholders • Coordinate in-person interviews with hospital sites and physician practices • Partner with marketing on social media campaigns and external communications • Build talent pipelines through specialty conferences, residency and fellowship program engagement, and industry events • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback • Screen candidates through CV reviews and interview feedback for clinical and organizational alignment • Manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and across job boards • Collaborate with practice leadership to assess staffing needs and align with organizational strategy • Act as candidate liaison during the contracting process • Use internal and external data/analytics to guide recruitment strategy and stakeholder communications • Partner with training and credentialing teams to support seamless onboarding and information transfer

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with physicians, executives, and business partners • Ability to operate independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting • Creative problem-solving ability with a track record of developing innovative recruitment strategies • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required • 6+ years of recruitment experience • Recent direct experience in physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner recruitment
