📋 Description

• The appointee is expected to be a first point of contact for internal and external administrative queries. • To facilitate the resolution of queries by working with stakeholders and escalating appropriately. • This role involves managing competing demands effectively and communicating with team members on priorities. • Management of the invoicing process for LYRA Canada affiliates.

🎯 Requirements

• Suitable qualification and or experience in administration or business or similar – a formal degree is desirable but not formally required. • Financial work experience and/or qualifications is required for the role. • Several years of administrative work experience at a high level of complexity. • Experience within a client administration or EAP environment is a distinct advantage. • Experience of working in a diverse and international environment will equally be considered favourably. • Excellent administrative skills • Excellent English speaking and writing abilities. French language skills are an asset. • High level of computer literacy, numeracy, and basic understanding of book-keeping • Strong time management skills to deal with multiple demands under time pressure. • Solid experience in working with complex spreadsheets and ability to adapt quickly to various systems. • Excellent telephone and email manner • Professional and quality orientated approach to work • Ability to retain and protect confidential materials. • Enthusiastic and dynamic • Strong customer focus • Excellent problem-solving skills • Can develop and sustain mature working relationships. • Excellent cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to effectively negotiate between different parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business. • Open to change and ability to work with ambiguity. • Aware of impact of own actions on workload of others and the business (self responsibility) • A keen sense of ownership and responsibility for the quality of work produced. • Assertive • Ability to function effectively under pressure. • Ability to do multi-tasking in terms of set standards.
