📋 Description

• Manage request intake in Asana in collaboration with Marketing stakeholders • Ensure requests include complete creative briefs and establish team priorities • Build, maintain, adapt, and optimize processes from request through delivery • Collaborate with Marketing program management on major annual marketing initiatives • Establish clear start dates and delivery milestones • Track team capacity against demand and surface trade-offs early • Organize project files and deliverables for rapid retrieval • Design reports demonstrating the team’s qualitative and quantitative impact • Report to the Marketing Creative Director and work alongside brand and motion designers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading project delivery for an internal creative, design, or marketing team • Experience managing intake, defining effective creative briefs, and ensuring requesters follow the standard process • Proficiency with a work management tool; Asana is used here • Ability to plan across multiple teams, set milestones, and turn scattered feedback into clear next steps • Proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing solutions • Ability to influence through logic, data, and diplomacy • Experience producing data-driven reports to measure creative work outcomes (a plus) • Familiarity with brand design or motion design workflows (a plus) • Experience in B2B software marketing or industrial marketing (a plus)
