📋 Description

• Sell Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select, credit cards, creditor insurance, and associated lending solutions directly to referred clients • Provide mortgage solutions and advice tailored to each client’s specific needs • Receive and package required mortgage documents for timely, efficient, and accurate lending decisions • Manage a sales pipeline and achieve a high closing rate • Follow up on leads provided by the lead management team • Build a portfolio of consumer clients through referrals • Identify and execute direct sales strategies, including educational webinars and trade shows • Update Salesforce.com CRM with client interactions and manage the sales pipeline • Gather client feedback to improve products and services and identify new product opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• College or University degree in a related field • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the banking and mortgage brokerage industry • Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting • Experience conducting virtual meetings and presentations • Fully bilingual in French and English • Ability to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec
