📋 Description

• Sell Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select, credit cards, creditor insurance, and associated lending solutions directly to clients • Provide mortgage solutions and advice tailored to each client’s needs • Receive and package required mortgage documents for timely, efficient, and accurate processing • Manage a sales pipeline and achieve a high closing rate • Follow up on leads provided by the lead management team • Build a portfolio of consumer clients through referrals • Identify and execute direct sales strategies, including educational webinars and trade shows • Update Salesforce CRM with client interactions and manage the sales pipeline • Convey client feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services or develop new products

🎯 Requirements

• College or University degree in a related field • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the banking and mortgage brokerage industry • Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting • Experience conducting virtual meetings and presentations • Fully bilingual in French and English; required to support clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Active listening and persuasive communication skills • Repeatable sales process • Ability to foster trust with clients and internal teams while offering underwriting expertise • Highly organized and results-driven • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities • Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments • Growth-oriented, coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated by performance-based compensation
