📋 Description

• Calculate and code offsets and adjusted Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits in Navigator • Inform plan members of overpayment amounts with clear verbal and written explanations • Follow up with plan members for reimbursement of overpayments • Negotiate acceptable repayment plans when necessary • Process claim recoveries in Navigator • Deliver value and support customers as part of the National Life, Disability & Wellness Team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service focus and ability to be empathetic while delivering difficult messages • Experience in disability benefit calculations • Strong mathematical skills • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Capacity for constant learning from success and failure • Openness to change and continuous improvement • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset • If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in English and French is required to support clients from various provinces outside Québec • Experience with Navigator is an asset
