• Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where the company operates, excluding Prince Edward Island and Quebec • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license with company guidance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence and comfort with telephone-based sales • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach • Comfort with CRM systems and technology • Strong follow-up and time-management skills • Sales experience is an asset • Responsible for own taxes, licensing fees, and applicable business expenses • Once licensed and appropriately authorized, able to advise clients on life insurance products
