📋 Description

• Serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims • Handle medium-complexity property insurance claims and low-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims • Investigate and approve claims • Use analytical skills and discipline-specific knowledge to solve problems • Develop solutions, negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others • Assist members, clients and practitioners • Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts • Analyze medical, financial and job information and determine eligibility for benefits based on statutory criteria • Settle claims in accordance with organizational standards, policies, quality commitments and contract terms • Meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and avoid penalties • Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required
