📋 Description

• Provide support to the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division in DHS FEMA • Manage workforce balance and workforce assignments supporting projects and test events • Lead staff meetings • Track personnel availability • Coordinate closely with Data Managers, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, test teams, and government stakeholders • Perform project management and program analysis functions • Establish and maintain a personnel tracker to ensure projects and test events have the right level of effort and skillsets • Communicate with the team, customer, and external parties including national labs, universities, and other FEMA entities • Demonstrate organizational skills and timely communication with company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience • Experience with DHS Test and Evaluation support • Strong ability to coordinate across multiple technical and operational stakeholders • Experience leading technical teams, task assignments, or project execution activities • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must have an active Secret clearance • Master's degree preferred • Experience with DHS CBRN Test and Evaluation preferred • Knowledge of scientific, laboratory, sensory/instrumentation, operational test support systems, and data collection architectures preferred • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred
