📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on organizational strategy, business priorities, and leadership effectiveness • Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and change management • Strengthen executive-team decision-making, communication, and organizational alignment • Surface employment, compliance, and cultural implications across operating countries • Lead, develop, and empower the People team spanning Talent Acquisition and People Operations • Lead talent strategy, hiring, retention, manager development, performance management, career development, and recognition programs • Use engagement data and employee feedback to improve the employee experience • Oversee global total rewards, including compensation, equity, benefits, and pay transparency • Ensure People operations are efficient, scalable, and compliant • Partner with Finance on headcount planning and compensation strategy • Shape culture through communication, transparency, change management, connection, recognition, and collaboration • Build a modern, AI-enabled People function using technology, data, and automation • Establish trusted partnerships with executives and managers and strengthen hiring, performance, development, and total rewards programs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading People functions in high-growth, venture-backed environments, ideally in SaaS or technology companies • Business acumen and experience connecting People decisions to company outcomes • Experience navigating growth, restructuring, or strategic shifts • Meaningful experience in organizational design, talent strategy, total rewards, performance management, and employee relations • Experience supporting global, distributed teams, particularly across the US and UK/Europe • Knowledge of local employment requirements across countries • Ability to lead a lean team while balancing long-term strategy with operational execution • Active use of AI and enthusiasm for transforming People-team operations • Exceptional communication skills • Experience with modern People technology such as Rippling, Ashby, Oyster, or similar platforms is a bonus • Experience working directly with a founder or CEO is a bonus • Experience building with AI, including Claude workflows, automations, and integrations, is a bonus
