📋 Description

• Install, set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair client hardware and software systems and equipment • Act as service representative for assigned customers • Participate in the on-call schedule • Perform preventive maintenance • Maintain customer satisfaction • Maintain and manage equipment, parts, and inventory to fulfill service requests promptly • Execute installations, repairs, diagnoses, issue resolution, necessary changes, and assigned tasks at customer sites • Perform required work after hours on a rotating on-call basis • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Travel legally, safely, and courteously to and from customer sites • Complete administrative, reporting, and mandatory training requirements • Deliver packages to courier depots or airports during emergencies or after courier pickup times • Participate in commercial showcase event setup • Support the sales team as a service representative during banner headquarters and chain-level negotiations • Assist with periodic reviews of equipment performance information • Foster a culture of excellence and customer-first service • Act according to McKesson Canada’s LeadRx and ICARE principles • Travel frequently within an assigned region and occasionally anywhere in Canada • Provide on-call support and installations after hours and on weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Electronic, Robotics or Electro-mechanic college degree preferred, but not required • 5 years + of experience as FST position • Experience with pneumatic and robotics systems, troubleshooting and repair an asset • Experience with complex electronic control systems, troubleshooting and repair an asset • Experience in a pharmacy IT environment is an asset • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset • Experience with Hospital Automation and healthcare automation is an asset • Capacity to learn and understand McKesson Automation equipment and apply learnings • Capacity to learn and understand McKesson pharmacy solutions, Reflex Rx and POS from an IT perspective • Employee will be using their own vehicle • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds • Relevant frontline, field-based technical customer service experience is a clear asset • Good written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual - French/English • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a time-critical environment • Customer-first, team-oriented, positive attitude • Autonomous, demonstrates initiative, and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to collaborate with members of various departments • Must have and keep a valid driving license • Must be physically able to move large boxes and equipment weighing up to 30 kg and perform installation work in cabinetry and elevated spaces • Proficiency in spoken and written English required for daily support to clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States
