🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; post-secondary or equivalent experience. • Strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • 2+ years with Contact Centre experience preferred. • Strong technical aptitude – can navigate multiple applications while supporting callers. • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
