📋 Description
• Act as the primary point of contact in a call center • Provide high-quality support to patients and healthcare professionals • Facilitate access to patient support program services • Handle inbound calls on a rotating shift schedule • Use telephony systems and multiple computer platforms to deliver prompt, accurate assistance
🎯 Requirements
• Fully bilingual in French and English • Spanish proficiency considered an asset • Minimum of one year of relevant experience • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficient with computer environments and common software (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
