MindBalance is a privacy-first, German-developed AI micro-coach for everyday mental balance. The product offers short (typically 2–5 minute) daily check-ins, journaling with AI prompts, brief reset exercises and reflection flows designed to detect and reduce everyday stress and improve short-term focus. It runs on EU servers, emphasizes data minimization and clear privacy controls, and explicitly positions itself as prevention and coaching (not a medical or psychotherapeutic treatment). There is also a separate business offering that allows teams to access the app while keeping individual content private. Developed in Stuttgart and built around concise, practical routines rather than long programs or diagnostic tools.
