• Provide product, clinical, and sales support to PMLS teams and Mindray customers • Assist the Enterprise Selling Team with customer-specific, solution-based product presentations • Partner with EST/Sales to develop clinical application strategies by engaging customers and assessing workflows • Support customer calls, demonstrations, presentations, equipment setup, and delivery of value-based content • Conduct on-site workflow and inventory assessments • Develop Hospital Roadmaps, identify hospital-wide solutions, and support quoting • Maintain communication with Sales and customers throughout the pre-sales process • Lead and participate in follow-up visits across modalities, promoting Mindray solutions from department to C-suite • Collaborate with Marketing, Service, Product Management, and other internal teams • Develop and deliver clinical sales education and mentor new hires • Provide operational analytics and quarterly productivity business reviews for leadership • Participate in trade shows and regional meetings • Maintain product and clinical sales competencies and expand expertise • Contribute to team revenue goals through sales effectiveness and quota achievement
• RN with a current license from an accredited nursing institution • BSN preferred • Advanced business or clinical degree preferred • 2-3 years clinical sales experience • 4+ years active nursing experience in a nursing specialty area directly using cardiac monitoring on the acute patient • Knowledge of advanced cardiac care, hemodynamics, Swan Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring • Knowledge of the hospital buying process in the capital equipment environment and life cycle planning associated with solution-based development • Strong verbal communication, active listening, customer-focused presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce • Technical and clinical understanding of patient monitoring applications throughout healthcare organizations • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and schedules • Ability to work independently and achieve leadership-directed goals autonomously • Must be able to stand and speak in front of a group for 2-5 hours, several times a day • Must be located within 40 miles of a major airport • Must be able to travel 80%, with 3-4 overnights per week • Flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes
