📋 Description

• Negotiate repayment solutions for customers experiencing financial setbacks while focusing on retention • Work as part of a high-performing team to exceed individual daily and monthly targets • Decide whether to accept, reject, or amend payment terms and settlements • Respond to inquiries and diffuse difficult situations • Manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining detailed and accurate records • Handle collections-related member questions and concerns • Monitor and resolve payment-related discrepancies • Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo by using its products, sharing the brand, and providing feedback for improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience working in collections/AR, first or third party • Experience working in a high volume, performance driven (KPI/Target based) contact centre is a plus • Comfortable using MS Office, Word, Chat GPT, Outlook, and Excel • Comfortable using Windows operating systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Committed to finding solutions for customers • Passionate about personal finance and helping people make positive financial decisions • Reliable internet • Ability to work from home • Must be located in Canada
