📋 Description

• Build and maintain a comprehensive view of Canadian cultivators and available flower for Budbase’s global markets • Identify and engage Canadian cultivators, including new suppliers • Maintain current information on supplier products, capacity, quality, availability and indicative pricing • Work with Australia, UK and other market teams to understand product specifications and identify suitable flower • Coordinate samples, product information and quality documentation for evaluation • Record supplier conversations, opportunities, samples, decisions and next steps • Follow up with suppliers to prevent promising products from stalling • Convert approved demand plans and sourcing decisions into supplier-specific purchase orders • Issue, amend and track purchase orders with cultivators and EU GMP processing partners • Confirm supply, testing, processing and shipment milestones • Flag changes, delays and gaps early with decision-relevant information • Bring qualified supply options forward and manage procurement details through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area • Must be authorized to work in Canada • Ability to work evenings aligned with Australia time • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% • Strong organization and follow-through • Ability to identify and engage Canadian cultivators and suppliers • Ability to assess products, capacity, quality, availability and indicative pricing • Ability to coordinate samples, product information and quality documentation • Ability to issue, amend and track purchase orders • Ability to track supply, testing, processing and shipment milestones
