📋 Description

• Act as a focal point and multidisciplinary technical leader during feature development • Define end-to-end system architectures and technical specifications (HLDs) • Convert RF cyber-research findings into actionable software, FPGA, and algorithm design requirements • Guide cross-functional development teams through feature bring-up and integration • Perform lab-based feature bring-up, cross-functional integration, and debugging • Lead lab and field testing, root-cause debugging, and complex fault analysis • Monitor evolving drone protocol updates to keep solutions cutting-edge • Build internal AI tooling and scripts to optimize system analysis workflows • Analyze customer issues and propose solutions or system updates • Bridge RF cyber-research, software implementation, and system testing and analysis of counter-UAS technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of system engineering experience • Experience bridging RF cyber-research, software implementation, and system testing and analysis of counter-UAS technologies • Ability to define end-to-end system architectures and technical specifications (HLDs) • Ability to convert RF cyber-research findings into software, FPGA, and algorithm design requirements • Ability to guide cross-functional development teams through feature bring-up and integration • Experience with lab-based feature bring-up, cross-functional integration, and debugging • Experience leading lab and field testing, root-cause debugging, and complex fault analysis • Ability to monitor evolving drone protocol updates • Ability to build internal AI tooling and scripts • Ability to analyze customer issues and propose solutions or system updates
