📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, understand their goals, and align HR strategies with business growth and performance • Serve as an extension of clients’ internal teams and own the full HR function • Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to small and midsize organizations • Advise on organizational structure, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and related HR matters • Administer benefits and coordinate payroll • Develop and implement policies • Deliver training • Manage workers’ compensation and compliance • Support clients across multiple states and industries while adapting to varying regulations and business needs • Anticipate client needs, identify risks, and implement proactive HR solutions • Prioritize and manage multiple clients and accounts • Serve as a trusted partner providing both guidance and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HR Manager or “HR department of one” supporting the full employee lifecycle • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level • Ability to build credibility with leadership and influence decisions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple clients with diverse needs • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on trust, empathy, and communication • Ability to navigate complex situations and provide practical, compliant solutions • Degree in HR or Business with an HR focus and/or SHRM/HRCI certification required • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and HR systems • Comfortable learning new tools • Alignment with a progressive, people-first philosophy • Remote work within Eastern or Central Time Zones • Occasional travel may be required
