📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls • Act as a first-line response to customers • Communicate with customers to identify and provide the right solution • Organize and triage customer issues • Handle some customer problems before they start • Complete formal training to provide customers with needed service • Work with diverse individuals and participate in the NCR Voyix learning community

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to travel to the US • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to drive several hours per day and tolerate prolonged travel • Availability for rotating and weekend shifts • Flexible shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times and some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of applicable screening criteria • Preferred: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software • Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification • Preferred: One or more years of related experience
