📋 Description

• Support bilingual recruitment with the relevant HRBP • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using global Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and tools • Provide subject matter expertise and talent insight to hiring managers • Advise hiring managers and HRBPs and develop solutions to hiring issues • Ensure compliance throughout recruitment for internal and external candidates • Review and select candidates objectively and in compliance with local regulations and best practices • Support hiring managers in candidate evaluation and assessment • Build engagement and rapport with candidates for current and future positions • Handle recruitment administration, including offer letters and onboarding • Establish collaborative relationships across Nestlé to share talent and HR/recruitment practices • Support employer branding initiatives, including Youth, University outreach, and graduate development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingualism in English and French language skills is required • 2+ years of related HR experience with a focus on recruitment • Demonstrated ability to effectively support a large volume of varied recruitment assignments • Experience with automated Applicant Tracking Systems • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong customer service orientation • Very high degree of attention to detail • Sensitivity to confidential information • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Positive, professional style
