📋 Description

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and recruitment criteria • Manage job posting and position promotion processes • Schedule interviews for all positions and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Screen candidates and provide recommendations to the recruitment team • Participate in and facilitate the interview process, including debrief sessions with managers, directors, and other stakeholders • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resources team members throughout the offer process • Identify and recommend salary ranges, bonuses, start dates, and other relevant details • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations and company policies • Manage recruitment databases and the Lever ATS to ensure reporting accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, required • Previous recruiting experience in the telecommunications or data center industry is an asset • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment for operations-focused roles, particularly in HVAC, mechanical, technical maintenance, and related fields, is an asset • Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate with a variety of hiring managers • Previous experience working for a recruitment agency is an asset • Experience and a proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter are an asset • Desire and passion for partnering with the company to identify the best talent for our teams • Ability to assess candidates during Zoom interviews and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team • At least five years of experience managing all stages of the recruitment and hiring process is strongly preferred • Proven negotiation and closing skills • Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is strongly preferred; experience with Lever is an asset • English proficiency is required for this position, particularly to communicate frequently with employees, customers, and/or suppliers located outside Quebec
