📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison and subject matter expert for Deal Desk and sales quote activities, including quote creation, special pricing, approvals, master agreement verification, and system training • Partner with sales on the sales quote process, contract policies and procedures, deal approval, and system training • Create quotes for add-on sales and verify master agreements in Salesforce for rates, contractual discounts, and pricing • Gather deal requirements and assist sales with product offerings and implementation solutions to support customer success • Support sales on product/service offerings and review proposals for alignment with client needs • Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently according to internal policies and product offerings • Verify that licenses, implementation, training, payment terms, and revenue recognition impacts are accurately included in proposals and contracts • Research and resolve sales process challenges through collaboration with colleagues and leadership • Provide reports and analyses on sales volume, trends, closing times, and contract terms • Work with legal to verify contract and payment terms and with finance and accounting to determine revenue recognition impact • Review deal progression to optimize deal cycle times and contract execution for standard and non-standard agreements • Monitor contract approvals and assist sales with order processes to advance quotes through the system in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or any combination of education and experience providing the required qualifications • 6+ years’ experience in finance, sales operations support, deal desk, contracts and quotes, or similar experience • Knowledge of pricing models and terms • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Big Machines • Knowledge of legal, accounting, and sales operations theories and principles • Knowledge of product contractual language • Written and verbal communication skills • Organization, attention to detail, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to organize and interpret data, prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
