📋 Description

• Monitor system health to ensure system availability and performance • Identify incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate according to procedures • Clearly document incidents, steps taken, and outcomes • Assist in maintaining and improving monitoring tools such as Grafana and GroundCover/DataDog, including dashboards • Follow predefined runbooks and procedures for consistent event handling • Work closely with senior engineers to resolve problems • Continuously improve system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree • Foundational knowledge of Linux administration, including file systems, permissions, processes, and networking basics • Hands-on experience with Docker/K8S, including running containers/pods, basic images, logs, and troubleshooting • Basic understanding of Ansible language concepts, including registers, memory layouts, and low-level operations • Familiarity with command-line tools, SSH, and common system utilities • Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues accurately • Availability for out-of-hours on-call work in an existing on-call rotation
