📋 Description

• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for Australian customers • Receive inbound calls only; no outbound cold calls • Explain 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and how the company removes junk • Answer questions about service areas, availability, removal timing, and pricing • Convert inquiries into bookings for truck team members • Complete 3 weeks of fully paid remote training • Join a team supported by a Team Lead after training

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently residing in Ontario • Available to start on September 11th • Available for training for the first 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM EST • After training, available Monday-Sunday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 AM EST • Friendly telephone manner • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable learning new technology • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM • Quiet workspace at home • Quick and reliable wired internet connection • Personal computer with at least 8GB memory • Ethernet wired connection required • Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or relevant experience is a plus
