• Visit the convenience stores and gas stations in your territory • Build strong relationships with store owners, managers and on-site decision-makers • Present promotions, negotiate additional orders and secure merchandising space • Ensure product merchandising meets the client company’s standards • Execute planograms and keep shelves consistently well stocked • Install and maintain on-site promotional materials and displays (POS/POP) • Manage vehicle inventory to maximize sales opportunities and ensure excellent in-store execution • Produce daily reports using our mobile application
• Experience in sales, merchandising or retail (an asset/preferred) • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously • Able to work independently and take the necessary initiatives to meet targets • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong customer relationships • Strong organizational skills with effective time and priority management • Ability to manage vehicle inventory efficiently to ensure the right products are on hand to capture sales opportunities and maintain quality merchandising • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle • Comfortable using mobile applications to complete daily reporting • Able to lift and move product cases and displays as needed
• Pay: From $24.00/hour • Stable schedule: 37.5 hours/week, daytime, Tuesday to Saturday • Car allowance: $1,000/month • Cell phone allowance: $40/month • Retention bonus: $1,500 (after 12 months) • On-the-road field work • Independent worker (self-directed role)
