📋 Description

• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for Australian customers • Receive inbound calls only; no outbound cold calls • Explain 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and how the company removes junk • Answer questions about services, service areas, availability, removal timing, and pricing • Convert customer inquiries into bookings for truck team members • Complete 3 weeks of fully paid remote training • Join a team supported by a Team Lead after training

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada • Currently reside in Alberta • Available to start on October 23rd • Training availability for the first 3 weeks between 8 AM and 4.30 PM ABT (UTC-6), Monday-Friday • Following training, availability between 1 PM and 3 AM ABT (UTC-6), Monday-Sunday • Very friendly telephone manner • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable learning new technology • Good typing speed, minimum 25 wpm • Quiet space at home • Quick and reliable wired internet connection • Personal computer with minimum 8GB memory • Wired Ethernet connection required • Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
