📋 Description

• Configure and implement ODAIA’s AI-driven platform to enable customer success • Work directly with customers to discover, assess, and integrate their data assets • Collaborate with customers, support, Business Acceleration, Engineering, and other internal teams to define technical requirements • Triage reported issues for each implementation • Configure and deploy platform solutions tailored to each customer and connect them with existing systems • Build and maintain automated ETL workflows using tools such as Snowflake and AWS Glue • Troubleshoot issues across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and system configuration • Lead resolution efforts for data pipeline issues • Own the weekly data delivery cycle for assigned customers • Proactively resolve issues to keep deliveries on time and error-free • Identify recurring manual implementation and delivery work and automate it for scalability • Uphold data security and privacy protocols in line with industry standards • Partner with Business Acceleration and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle • Report to the Manager, Technical Implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with data migration, ETL, and pipeline tools • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS (e.g., Glue, S3), or equivalent cloud data infrastructure • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience with APIs and integration frameworks • Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow is a strong asset • Familiarity with config-driven/declarative pipeline systems such as dbt is a strong asset • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset • Comfortable owning ambiguous technical problems directly with customers • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry is a strong asset • Familiarity with Veeva Vault or Salesforce is a strong asset • Cover letter required • Successful candidates subject to background and reference checks • Must be located in Canada or the United States based on the stated employee locations and business operations
