📋 Description

• Apply critical thinking to assess business situations and risks and make decisions with minimal supervision. • Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and following associated workflows. • Grow the portfolio organically and contribute to promotional efforts for new and existing accounts as part of product campaigns and cross-platform partnership initiatives. • Manage, maintain, and balance risk across customer accounts. • Manage existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities. • Embrace our culture of supporting others’ success as they grow in their roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles. • A valid driver’s license, along with reliable and dedicated transportation. • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout your territory to support current and prospective customers. • Desire and experience working in a multifaceted environment, effectively managing multiple tasks with a focus on productivity and adaptability. • Apply business expertise effectively, adapt to the audience, maintain curiosity, and efficiently resolve dealers’ key issues. • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk management, and prospecting. • Ability to work independently and autonomously when required, as well as collaboratively within a team. • Ability to use and understand the technologies required for the role, such as mobile applications and software. • High level of accountability for regional and business objectives. • Experience in the automotive industry or financial services is an asset. • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau is an asset.
