📋 Description

• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures • Develop and review technical specifications, data models, and system integrations • Apply Salesforce platform knowledge to create secure, scalable, and optimized solutions • Provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and system governance • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools • Conduct platform assessments, performance tuning, and optimization • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements • Work with stakeholders and collaborate on delivering exceptional client experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical role • Proven experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs • Experience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi) • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and compliance requirements • Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certifications required • Technical Architect (CTA) certification a plus • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, sustainable solutions • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts
