📋 Description

• Draft clear job descriptions • Screen incoming candidates • Conduct first-level virtual video interviews • Eliminate applicant bots and verify candidate identities • Present top-tier talent to department managers • Securely collect, archive, and organize sensitive employee documentation in company Google Drive repositories • Maintain a tracking matrix for expiring IDs, certifications, and health/safety records • Audit daily timecard punches • Track PTO balances • Log call-offs in real time • Ensure accurate attendance records and immediate supervisor visibility • Own 90-day and annual review master schedules • Proactively push supervisors to complete appraisals on time • Organize confidential historical compensation records

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in HR administration, executive support, or operational coordination • Obsessive attention to detail • Track record of handling sensitive personal data with 100% confidentiality • Elite written and spoken English skills • Comfortable conducting 1-on-1 video interviews • Ability to proactively follow up with managers to meet evaluation deadlines • Ability to thrive under dynamic business conditions • Advanced mastery of Google Workspace, including Drive architecture, Sheets formulas, Docs, and Gmail • Ability to quickly adapt to HRMS/payroll platforms, Zoom, Slack, and Loom • Quiet, distraction-free home office • High-performance computer • Dual monitors • High-speed fiber internet with backup solutions • Professional headset
