📋 Description

• Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements • Create new business and technical processes • Complete business process reviews and re-engineering for existing processes • Facilitate business process improvement sessions • Assist in developing new IT services • Schedule, organize, and lead project status meetings and other required meetings • Bridge communication between vendors, client ministries, and corporate technical and business teams • Escalate unresolved issues and risks, with options and recommendations • Design business architecture and software system specifications • Perform database modelling • Participate in iterative development using model-based processes • Perform project management, business and technical analysis, and systems design for complex software solutions across n-tier development environments • Produce project artefacts using XML, UML, and/or other web services technologies • Prepare, update, and manage business requirements, software requirements, functional design, project plans, and schedules • Prepare regular project status reports covering deliverables, risks, issues, timelines, and anticipated effort • Ensure project communication occurs with all involved parties throughout project phases • Identify required user training • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager for a Business Analyst or Lead Technical Analyst role

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Technical Business Analyst role • Information Technology (IT) professional experience • Experience performing business and technical analysis and systems design for complex software solutions spanning n-tier development environments • Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements • Experience with business architecture design, software system specifications design, and database modelling • Experience with iterative development using model-based processes • Experience producing project artefacts with XML, UML, and/or other web services technologies • Experience with business process reviews, re-engineering, and process improvement • Experience facilitating stakeholder consultations, meetings, and business process improvement sessions • Experience preparing and managing business requirements, software requirements, functional design, project plans, and schedules • Experience identifying user training requirements • Ability to bridge communication between vendors, client ministries, and corporate technical and business teams • Ability to escalate issues and risks and provide options and recommendations
