📋 Description

• Organize setup and reconfiguration of technology services for new facilities and office relocations • Coordinate and process IT systems and infrastructure requests • Oversee projects internal to the Ministry of Technology and Innovation • Coordinate IT changes for government reorganizations, including department-name changes and movement of programs, services, and personnel • Coordinate changes to user accounts, distribution lists, security groups, shared mailboxes, network drives, business applications, and telecom services • Lead teams implementing information technology projects • Manage a portfolio of RFS and Government Reorganization projects • Build and maintain relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments • Plan, manage, and report on projects for branches, divisions, single ministries, and multiple ministries • Ensure effective stakeholder governance and demonstrate project value and benefits • Follow and improve RFS and GR project processes • Coordinate IT infrastructure implementation • Lead consultations and stakeholder meetings • Schedule and lead project status meetings • Create project and planning documentation • Ensure delivery meets scope, deliverables, schedule, client expectations, cybersecurity standards, and operational processes • Provide online project status reports and maintain documentation in SharePoint • Use project-management methodology and governance tools to manage resources and stakeholder engagement • Track and report time and work status • Document technical recommendations and advise management, operations, and project team members • Ensure change-management processes are followed • Recommend actions regarding issues, risks, and client satisfaction • Collaborate on proof-of-concept and limited production rollouts • Provide quality control on production implementations • Communicate operational guidelines and policies to clients • Review services and technology requests, assess operational impact, and recommend remediation

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate-level IT Technical Business Analyst / Project Coordinator experience • Diverse IT expertise sufficient to work independently or guide others • Experience coordinating and completing IT projects across varying scopes and sizes • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft file system security in the GoA environment • Ability to investigate, analyze, and coordinate IT changes • Ability to lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings • Ability to confirm or create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements • Ability to create project and planning documents • Ability to manage project scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, and stakeholder engagement • Knowledge of GoA cybersecurity, operational, change-management, and governance processes • Ability to prepare status reports and maintain project documentation in SharePoint • Ability to provide technical recommendations, advice, and guidance • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary IT teams on proof-of-concept and limited production rollouts • Ability to provide quality control for production implementations • Ability to review service and technology requests and assess operational impact • Ability to use AI tools ethically while maintaining human control, security, and privacy
