📋 Description

• Provide personalized remote legal consultations in clear and accessible languages across various fields of law • Prepare cases for litigation through fact and legal analysis, evidence review, procedure drafting, and representation strategy • Support the legal team in representing clients before civil courts and administrative bodies • Analyze legal files and client situations to assess rights, obligations, and options • Advise clients throughout the legal process and explain issues, next steps, and possible options • Evaluate potential legal actions and offer realistic, client-tailored solutions • Track deadlines and procedural obligations • Collaborate with the legal team • Stay current with legislative and regulatory changes • Occasionally participate in hearings, including client preparation, evidence presentation, examinations, arguments, and settlement negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Licensee as a lawyer from a Canadian Law Society for at least two (2) years • Ability to manage a high volume of legal cases and prioritize effectively • Demonstrates empathy and active listening with clients • Communicates clearly and adapts messaging to different audiences • Resourceful and solution-oriented • A team player who encourages collaboration and supports colleagues • Inspires trust and contributes positively to the team dynamic • Proficient in both French and English, spoken and written • Licensee of the Quebec Bar is an asset
