• Deliver hands-on and remote clinical training for Philips Disease Management Solutions products, primarily DynaCAD and UroNav • Ensure customer competency and successful product adoption • Serve as a clinical consultant to physicians and technologists • Provide education, workflow guidance, and application support • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Customer Support, Quality, Research & Development, and Manufacturing teams • Support customer success, product implementations, and new product introductions • Assemble and install the UroNAV product • Troubleshoot software and workflow issues • Help customers optimize advanced imaging and post-processing solutions • Travel approximately 90% to customer sites throughout the U.S. • Work from a home-based office while supporting changing customer locations
• 5+ years of clinical experience as an MRI Technologist and/or Ultrasound Technologist • Strong knowledge of imaging workflows and patient care environments • Troubleshooting software, computer, networking, and basic DICOM issues • Strong teaching, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent education in Radiology • Active ARRT credential with advanced MRI or active ARDMS certification preferred • Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered for candidates with significant experience using UroNAV, DCAD, or similar advanced imaging technologies • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and build strong relationships • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays • Located within commutable distance of a major (non-regional) airport • Preferred: 10+ years of MRI or Ultrasound clinical experience • Preferred: experience with image generation and data analysis tools • Preferred: advanced knowledge of clinical applications, post-processing products, and imaging system troubleshooting • Must successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered • Must reside in or within commuting distance of a major (non-regional) airport
