• Provide pre-sales support and post-sales application training for Philips CT and DXR products • Serve as primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders during sales and implementation • Schedule and deliver onsite application training, go-lives, and ongoing support to end-user clinicians • Support customer presentations, demonstrations, trials, site visits, trade shows, and education events • Confirm product and solution readiness; perform clinical configurations and setup • Develop training solutions for pre-sales, installation, and post-installation support • Resolve customer issues with sales and services teams using the OnePhilips approach • Collaborate on business priorities, product introductions, business-unit projects, clinical/technical RFP input, and quotation/order configuration • Build customer relationships and understand customer needs and business drivers
• 5+ years of experience as a CT Technologist or Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) specializing in CT in a hospital environment • Knowledge of Philips CT and DXR equipment and applications highly preferred • Current/active certification through CAMRT or the provincial regulatory medical radiation college • Bilingual French and English skills, written and verbal • College diploma or bachelor’s degree program in a medical radiation field • Specialized post-certification training • Prior clinical preceptor, clinical training, adult education delivery and/or clinical sales experience highly preferred • Ability to work in office/home office and/or remote settings and hospital/healthcare environments • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • May be required to comply with vendor credentialing • Canadian work authorization; no current or future visa sponsorship • Must reside in Ontario or Quebec • Ability to travel approximately 80% nationally throughout Canada, including occasional overnight travel and travel by air and/or train
