• Partner closely with clients and colleagues to provide practical HR support • Serving as a trusted HR advisor to leaders across multiple industries • Advising leaders on day-to-day HR issues and employment legislation • Supporting client recruitment processes from job posting to interviews and reference checks • Developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures and employee manuals • Collaborating with the Pivot team on projects and initiatives that support our growing client base
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience • Strong knowledge of employment legislation including the Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, and WorkSafeBC policies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment • Collaborative, personable and highly accountable • Comfortable stepping into complex and sensitive workplace situations
• Primarily remote work, with occasional on-site client visits and team gatherings • Continuous learning and professional growth
