• Hunt & qualify — identify new prospects, book discovery calls and onsite visits across Atlantic Canada. • Demonstrate value — learn our software story and deliver concise, benefits-led demos (virtual or in person). • Own the pipeline — track activities in Salesforce, forecast accurately and hit monthly targets. • Nurture relationships — follow up methodically, solve real problems and earn referrals. • Represent Planit — attend regional events and trade shows as the face of our brand. • Collaborate — work closely with senior reps, marketing and technical specialists to win and onboard new clients.
• 1–3 years in B2B field sales, business development or a customer-facing role OR be a social person who is coachable and not afraid of picking up the phone. • Genuine curiosity and confidence initiating conversations with owners and production managers. • Strong organization: you manage your calendar, mileage and CRM updates. • Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel throughout NB, NS, PEI, and NL (approx. 30 % of time). • Clear, professional communication in English; French an asset. • Familiarity with manufacturing or CAD/CAM is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person.
