📋 Description

• Support the Release Delivery Lead in managing day-to-day release execution • Act as the connective tissue between the Release Delivery team and Integrated Planning & Delivery function • Own release-level planning and schedule management • Maintain accurate plans and proactively escalate risks, issues, and variances • Serve as primary planning contact for the Delivery Lead • Provide status updates, progress tracking, and reporting • Ensure workstream activities, milestones, and dependencies are reflected in the integrated program plan • Support Delivery Leads through coordination, tracking, reporting, and follow-through • Facilitate release planning and status meetings • Drive action items and accountability to commitments • Produce workstream and program-level status reports and delivery metrics • Maintain release backlogs, work items, and reporting in Azure DevOps or similar tools

🎯 Requirements

• Current Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance or higher required at time of application • Eligibility for Secret clearance preferred • Experience supporting program, project, or release delivery in a planning, coordination, or PMO capacity • Strong planning, scheduling, and progress-tracking skills • Understanding of integrated planning and dependency management across multiple teams • Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and delivery impacts • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, or comparable project management tools • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
